We want you to have a great shopping experience at Cowhide Source. If you for any reason do not like your purchase, you have 30 days to return or exchange it.
Returns & Exchanges:
* Please rebox your item(s) and make sure they are in their original, new condition. (Items not in new condition will not be refunded).

* Cowhide Source will provide a prepaid shipping label for you.
Terms
Returns made within 7 days of delivery are subject to a 10% restocking fee. After 7 days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee and Cowhide Source will cover shipping on your exchange. (Limit 1 exchange per customer)
Returns will also be subject to the total round trip shipping charges up to $19.99 each way. (US Only)
If your order is damaged, lost, or is not what you ordered, Cowhide Source will replace or exchange the product(s) for you.
Additional Policy Information
While we do our best to source the highest quality hides possible, some products may contain scars, patches, brands, and/or discolorations. Cowhides and accessories are byproducts of a natural living animal and cannot be totally perfect in every way.
* All orders must have prior return or exchange approval or they will be subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee. Approved orders must be sent back to Cowhide Source within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Please allow 10-12 business days for Cowhide Source to inspect, disinfect, and and process your return.
If you provided an incorrect address and your order can't be delivered, you will be responsible for any fees associated with redelivery and/or restocking if you cancel the order.
