Are the rugs on the site actually the ones I get?
Yes, the rugs you see are exactly what will arrive. We take actual pictures of our inventory
so you can shop and pick the perfect cowhide for your home
How long does it take to receive my items?
Orders typically ship out within 24 hours and generally arrive anywhere in the US within 2-5 business days.
Where do you ship from?
Your order will ship out of Florida.
I found one cheaper, aren’t they the same thing?
Cowhides are not all created equally due to the tanny process and skill required to get a perfect, shiny, flat rug. Many times you will see what is called a "B stock" rug at a lower price but these tend to have hair missing, curling, bad cuts, lack of shine, and extra brands. Cowhide Source exclusively only carries Grade A rugs which is only about 15% of all industry cowhides.
What if I’m not happy with the items I receive?
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, we will provide you with a return shipping label and you are able to return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days.
